You MUST come back in 24 in-game hours (based on the time you originally spoke to them) and speak to Diviner II to start the quest. Speak to the Diviners and they request for you to come back and meet with them in 24 in-game hours. The Diviners can be found in one of the shops near the Augur's Quarters.
